charter fishing

my name is james jacobsen and i will be traveling to norway within the next year. my grandfather was from fkekkefjord (alfred hansen) he came to the us in 1915 and i grew up with alot of stories from flekkefjord we used to go fishing alot in new york and i would to take a charter boat fishing (bottom fishing would be great) can any one direct me to the best people to contact thank you very much
